Bradley Bostick brings a unique perspective to the mediation process derived from  25 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants.  

 As an AV rated  trial attorney and litigator, Mr. Bostick has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict throughout Northern California. He has litigated hundreds of high exposure product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, premise liability, construction defect, asbestos and employment cases.

From the plaintiff’s perspective, he  has represented plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury matters. He appreciates the importance of acknowledging a plaintiff's experience and developing trust in the mediator and the process. 

As  former senior trial counsel to a multilines international insurance company, Mr. Bostick has a deep understanding of how  insurance companies evaluate cases.

Mr. Bostick has mediated over 400 civil cases ranging from complex tort,contract, employment and probate  matters involving multiple parties and multi-million dollar disputes to routine motor vehicle and premise liability cases. 

He approaches each mediation with patience, persistence and a sense of humor. He is skilled in all forms of mediation and tailors his approach to the specific facts of each case. He brings an open mind, a problem solving perspective and evaluative abilities to each mediation.

Recently, a senior partner in a highly regarded Bay Area law firm wrote in an unsolicited letter that Mr. Bostick's "assistance was critical to our settlement.” In another matter, the presiding judge in a Bay Area court wrote: "I was not optimistic about the prospects of this case settling, and I have no doubt it would not have settled if you had not been there." In another recent case, the senior partner of an Oakland firm wrote: "You did a great job on a difficult case." 

Mr. Bostick's fee schedule is straightforward with no hidden administrative fees or minimum billable hour charges. Typically, there is no charge for matters that are cancelled or continued.
