Bradley Bostick is an AV rated attorney with 25 years of civil litigation and trial experience, including numerous jury trials throughout Northern California.
He has litigated hundreds of high exposure product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, premise liability, construction defect, asbestos and employment cases. Mr. Bostick has represented plaintiffs and defendants.
His current practice consists of conducting mediations and arbitrations as well as representation of plaintiffs and defendants in civil matters. Previously, he served for 15 years as senior trial counsel to Royal and Sun Alliance, a multi-lines international insurance company.
Mr. Bostick has mediated over 400 civil cases ranging from complex tort and contract matters involving multiple parties and multi-million dollar disputes to routine motor vehicle and premises incidents. He approaches each mediation with patience, persistence and complete neutrality. He is a firm believer in active pre mediation efforts and follow up if additional work is required to resolve a case.
Mr. Bostick has over 150 hours of formal mediation training from the San Francisco Bay Area's top mediation trainers. He has also trained directly with several of Northern California's most successful mediators. He has been selected to mediate cases for the 1st and 3rd District Courts of Appeal and the Superior Courts of Alameda, San Francisco, Marin, Contra Costa, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Sacramento County.
Mr. Bostick graduated from the University of California Berkeley in 1979 and received his J.D. from Golden Gate University in 1983.
Mr. Bostick has conducted seminars on a number of legal issues for a variety of professional organizations including the Northern California Claims Association and the California Association of Orthopedic Surgeons.
