Fee Schedule For Mediations and Binding Arbitrations

A 4-hour minimum for a half day reflects the preparation time and typical length of a half-day mediation. The half-day deposit for 2 parties is $1,625.00 for each party. 

For most scheduled matters, there are no administrative fee.

Absent exigent circumstances, if a party cancels a mediation within 5 days of the mediation date, the deposit will be forfeited unless the reason for the cancellation was settlement of the case.
